Location

Palm Beach Hotel is located on the southwest coast of Praslin, facing the two beautiful islands Cousin & Cousine. Surrounded by luxurious vegetations and washed by waters of the calm lagoons, our location truly offers guests a romantic atmosphere.

We are 1 km away from the famous Natural Park the Vallee de Mai. Only 48 acres, the Vallée de Mai is one of the smallest of the natural World Heritage Sites. It lies in the heart of Praslin National Park. It is home to the renowned coco-de-mer palm, which produces the largest, and perhaps most erotic seed in the plant kingdom.

The Grand Anse Beach has the largest sand banks of Praslin and is ideally suited for fly fishing which has now become a well-known international sport in the Seychelles.

How to get here

On arrival at the Seychelles International Airport, guests have two ways of travelling to Praslin Island: by air or fast catamaran.

Travelling By Air – From the Seychelles International Airport, walk across to the Domestic Terminal and take a flight to Praslin. From Praslin Airport, catch a taxi to the hotel. If you have hired a car, turn left out of the Praslin Airport. Palm Beach Hotel is about 2.5 km from the airport.

Travelling by catamaran – From the airport turn right, (drive on the left side) and the road will take you straight to Victoria (about 8 km from the airport). When in Victoria, take The 5th June Avenue and follow directions directing to the jetty.

At the jetty, purchase a ticket from the Inter-Island Ferry Office. On arrival to Praslin it is better to take a taxi to the hotel as public transport does not service the Praslin jetty.

If you are driving, from the jetty go to the main road and turn right. Pass the roundabout, and then turn left up the mountain. Once on the other side of the island by the sea, turn right. Palm Beach Hotel is 200 metres away.
